Francesco Ruberto
Research Fellow
I am a molecular and cell biologist (Ph.D. in cardiovascular science at the University of Lausanne Medical School with Prof. Thierry Pedrazzini). My work focusses on the role of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) in cardiomyocyte function.
Recently, I joined the laboratory of Prof. Roger Foo, at the Department of Medicine at the National University of Singapore, where I am investigating the role of lncRNA derived micropeptides in metabolism and heart disease.
